Before You Email About a Code

Did you copy-paste the code exactly? They're case-sensitive.
Are you on the correct server/region? Many codes are region-locked.
Have you already redeemed this code? Most are one-time use per account.
Is the code past its expiration date? Check the "Last Updated" date on the game page.
